Archery team takes aim at New Jersey State Indoors Championships

  • Gearing up | Junior Grace Kim and the archery team will be in action at the New Jersey Indoor Championships.

The archery team heads to the New Jersey State Indoor Championships on Saturday. Last weekend, some team members competed at the Connecticut State Indoor Championships. Sophomore Julie Hoffman put up a team-high score of 564, which was the third-best compound score at the competition. Seniors Mary Quien and Marilyn He finished behind Hoffman in the women’s collegiate compound division. Junior Grace Kim took the top spot in the recurve category. This weekend’s competition will be held at Wa-Xo-Be Archery Club in Monmouth Junction, N.J.
