Attempted robbery on West 118th Street

On Tuesday at 7:48 p.m. there was an attempted robbery at knifepoint at 415 W. 118th St., between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Drive, according to a security alert from Public Safety. The victim was a Columbia affiliate and the robber was an unknown male. Public Safety is looking to identify the individual in the image below, which was taken from a CCTV camera.

Morningside Avenue is on the other side of Morningside Park. The street on this side of the park is Morningside Drive.
